Polyurethane precast trim is a decorative polyurethane element cast in a mould in advance for use on building facades and interiors. It covers parts such as window and door surrounds, cornices, columns, sills and facade mouldings, serving as an alternative to traditional concrete precast. The polyurethane material is lightweight, so it places no carrying load on the facade even on upper floors and is applied directly with construction adhesive and screws. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with concrete, it installs faster and requires less labour. Polure produces precast trim parts in a range of sizes and profile options using moulds; thanks to mould production, the same profile repeats on every part.
