Polyurethane Precast Manufacturing

Polyurethane precast manufacturing is the production of polyurethane parts used in facade and interior decoration by the mould casting method. In the process, liquid polyurethane is poured into a mould carrying the part's profile, the material hardens and is removed from the mould to obtain a surround, cornice, column or moulding. The polyurethane material is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted. These properties allow the parts to be used both on facades and in interiors. Because the parts are far lighter than in concrete precast production, transport and installation are practical.
