Polyurethane precast applications are the installation and use examples of mould-cast decorative polyurethane parts on facades and in interiors. Surrounds, cornices, sills and mouldings on facades; columns, arches and ceiling cornices in interiors are within this scope. Because the polyurethane material is lightweight, installation is done directly with construction adhesive and requires no extra supporting structure. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted; thanks to this it is used for a long time both indoors and outdoors. Labour and time are less than for concrete precast applications. Polure produces precast parts in various size and profile options; in application, the joints between parts are filled and painted to provide a seamless finish.
