polyurethane spiral column

A polyurethane spiral column is a polyurethane decorative column whose shaft rises in a twisted (helical) form. Unlike a plain column, the spiral curve on the shaft gives a dynamic appearance; it is used at entrances, in halls and in classical-style spaces to clad a structural column or as a decorative column. The polyurethane material is lightweight, fitted over the existing column with construction adhesive or placed on its own for decorative purposes. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted. Because it is far lighter than a stone or concrete spiral column, installation is practical. Because it is mould-produced, the pitch and depth of the spiral pattern repeat the same on every part. Polure produces spiral columns in various diameter and length options using moulds.
