Pre-primed molding refers to decorative strips and crown profiles that have a protective and paint-prep primer paint applied to their surface during manufacturing. It is preferred to save time by eliminating the prep process before painting in wall, ceiling, and floor transitions both indoors and outdoors. Manufactured from polyurethane material, these primed moldings completely eliminate sanding, puttying, and first-coat priming processes required by wood or plaster moldings. Their lightweight structure facilitates installation, while their moisture and impact-resistant construction offers long-lasting performance. The self-primed surface ensures that acrylic, water-based, or oil-based paints adhere perfectly to the profile, reducing paint consumption.
