Precast Exterior Facade Elements

Precast exterior facade elements are parts cast in moulds beforehand and used to embellish and clad a building's exterior. They cover parts such as window surrounds, cornices, sills, columns, panels and brackets. While traditional precast facade elements are cement-based, polyurethane elements achieve the same look in a lightweight material and add no load to the facade. The parts are cast in factory moulds and applied on site with mounting adhesive and mechanical fixing. Polyurethane resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior paint.
