Precast Facade Ornamentation Elements

Precast exterior facade ornamentation elements are decorative parts cast in moulds beforehand to embellish a building's exterior. They come in types such as window surrounds, cornices, bosses, brackets, sills and medallions. While classic precast ornamentation elements are cement-based, polyurethane elements offer the same motif in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds and applied on site with mounting adhesive. Polyurethane is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted, which gives long service life on the facade.
