Precast Wall Cladding

Precast wall cladding is the application of covering an interior or exterior wall surface with decorative panels and elements cast in moulds beforehand. It covers cladding the wall surface with stone-textured, brick-look or plain panels. While traditional precast wall cladding is cement-based, polyurethane wall cladding achieves the same texture in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds and applied to the wall on site with mounting adhesive. Polyurethane is lightweight, so it adds no load to the wall and installs quickly. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Mould production ensures the panel texture repeats identically on every part. Polure produces precast wall cladding panels in a range of textures and sizes.
