Precast Interior Ornamentation

Precast interior ornamentation is the embellishment of interior surfaces with decorative elements cast in moulds beforehand. It covers emphasising ceiling and wall lines with parts such as ceiling roses, coving, cornices, wall trims and medallions. While classic precast interior ornamentation is plaster-based, polyurethane ornamentation achieves the same form in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds and applied on site with mounting adhesive. Polyurethane is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Mould production ensures ornamental details repeat identically on every part and installation takes a short time.
