Precast Polyurethane

Precast polyurethane is a rigid polyurethane material in which decorative building elements are cast in moulds beforehand. It allows parts such as window surrounds, cornices, columns, sills and panels to be produced ready-made and brought to site. When polyurethane is used instead of traditional cement- or plaster-based precast, the elements become far lighter. Polyurethane resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, does not absorb water, and can be painted. Being lightweight, it is easy to transport and install; it is applied to the facade or wall with mounting adhesive. Thanks to mould production, the same element is obtained each time at identical dimensions and detail. Polure produces precast polyurethane decorative elements in a range of models and sizes.
