Black Accent Wall

A black accent wall is a decorative application where a wall surface is clad with black polyurethane panels, wainscoting or mouldings to create contrast in a room. It is used to form a focal point behind sofas, in bedrooms and behind TV units. Polyurethane elements are lightweight and applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; they resist moisture and impact, do not crack or warp and can be painted in the desired shade of black. Because they are mould-cast, the panel faces and moulding profiles repeat at the same dimensions on every piece, which gives a clean alignment.
