water-resistant skirting
Water-resistant skirting is a wall-base skirting profile made from polyurethane and suited to humid environments. Skirting is a profile that completes the lower transition where the wall meets the floor; it is used in areas with moisture and splashing water such as bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms. Thanks to its closed-cell, non-absorbent structure, polyurethane resists moisture; it does not crack, swell, expand, rot or grow mould. It is lightweight, applied directly with mounting adhesive and can be painted. Unlike wood and MDF skirting, it does not swell or get damaged by moisture. Polure produces water-resistant skirting by mold in different heights and profile options.
