ceiling beam end cap

A ceiling beam end cap is a polyurethane finishing piece that neatly closes the end point where a decorative ceiling beam reaches the wall or another beam. It is used to close the open end of the beam, make the joint with the wall look clean and hide the cross-section of the hollow profile. It is preferred at the ends of beam applications on living room, hallway, cafe and restaurant ceilings. The polyurethane end piece is lightweight; it is applied directly with mounting adhesive and needs no support. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. It is lighter than wood and unaffected by moisture. Because it is mould-produced, the cross-section matches the beam exactly. Polure manufactures ceiling beam end caps in sizes suited to the beam cross-sections.
