L'installazione di cornici a gola per luce indiretta LED in poliuretano valorizza il soffitto con una morbida illuminazione d'ambiente priva di abbagliamenti.

Attrezzatura e Materiali Necessari

Step 1: Perimeter Marking and Height Calibration — Measure down from the ceiling line to establish a horizontal guide line around the room perimeter, maintaining a gap of 15-20 cm. Use a laser level to ensure perfectly straight alignment across all wall faces.
Step 2: Substrate Preparation — Clean the wall surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose plaster. Verify that the substrate is completely dry and structurally sound before applying adhesives.
Step 3: Mitre Cutting at 45 Degrees — Cut the polyurethane LED coving sections to size using a fine-tooth saw and a mitre box set precisely to 45-degree angles for interior and exterior corners.
Step 4: Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of specialized polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the upper and lower contact tracks of the moulding. Do not use silicone.
Step 5: Mechanical Fastening — Press the coving firmly against the marked wall guide line. Drive screws through the profile into the wall substrate at regular intervals; mechanical screw fixing is mandatory.
Step 6: Seam Filling and Sanding — Fill all screw head recesses and profile joint seams with compatible filler paste. Once fully cured, sand the joints smooth using grana 180-220 sandpaper.
Step 7: Electrical and LED Strip Installation — Mount the aluminum LED channel inside the coving trough, lay the LED strip into place, and route low-voltage connections to the remote transformer.
Step 8: Final Paint Coating — Apply an optional coat of primer over filled joints if needed, followed by two topcoats of water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint as required by the application environment.

Fase 1 : Tracciamento della Linea di Quota (Tempo : 15 min)

Tracciate a laser una linea continua a 10–15 cm dal soffitto per profili in aste da 2400-2440 mm in densità 150-220 kg/m³ (obiettivo di produzione ~160 kg/m³). Errore : Posa troppo vicina al soffitto che strozza il fascio luminoso.

Fase 2 : Taglio a Misura degli Angoli a 45° (Tempo : 20 min)

Eseguite i tagli d'angolo calcolando lo sfrido 10% garantendo stabilità dimensionale a -100 °C / +80 °C.

Fase 3 : Incollaggio a Parete e Connessione Elettrica (Tempo : 35 min)

Applicate l'adesivo adesivo di montaggio a base PU (indurimento in circa un’ora) solo sul lato parete e posizionate la strip LED all'interno della gola protetta.

Fase 4 : Stuccatura e Tinteggiatura Finale (Tempo : 20 min)

Sigillare i giunti tra le aste e tinteggiare con idropittura su primer primer acrilico bianco monocomponente. idrorepellente (inferiore all’1%). Offerte 7 giorni, consegna franco fabbrica.
