Attrezzatura e Strumenti Necessari
- Step 1: Inspect and Prepare the Substrate — Clean the mounting surface thoroughly using a stiff brush or vacuum to remove all dust, oil, and loose material. Ensure the substrate is completely dry and structurally sound before proceeding.
- Step 2: Measure and Perform 45-Degree Miter Cuts — Measure the target area accurately. Cut the rigid polyurethane moldings or beams using a fine-toothed hand saw or a low-speed miter saw equipped with a fine carbide blade set precisely to a 45-degree angle for corner joints.
- Step 3: Apply Polyurethane Assembly Adhesive — Apply a continuous bead of high-strength polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive along the rear mounting channels of the profile and across the entire cut surface of all miter joints. Silicone adhesives must not be used.
- Step 4: Position and Secure with Mechanical Fasteners — Press the polyurethane profile firmly onto the prepared substrate. Drive stainless steel screws through the profile into wall anchors at intervals of 40 to 50 cm to achieve mandatory mechanical fixing while the adhesive sets.
- Step 5: Fill Joint Seams and Fastener Holes — Allow the PU adhesive to cure according to manufacturer instructions. Fill all countersunk screw heads and joint seams with an appropriate architectural joint filler or acrylic spackle.
- Step 6: Sand the Surface Smooth — Once the filler has fully dried, sand all filled joints and screw locations flush with the profile surface using 180 to 220 grit sandpaper until smooth and uniform.
- Step 7: Apply Optional Primer and Final Topcoats — Wipe away all sanding dust. Apply an optional additional coat of primer if required by your topcoat system, followed by two complete coats of premium paint (UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory for outdoor installations).
Fase 3 : Incollaggio e Fissaggio Meccanico (Tempo : 30 min)
Fase 4 : Sigillatura Giunti e Tinteggiatura (Tempo : 25 min)
Offerte 7 giorni, consegna franco fabbrica.
