Step 4: Overhead Positioning and Mandatory Mechanical Anchoring — Press the log firmly onto the marked ceiling layout lines. Immediately secure the profile mechanically by driving screws through pre-drilled holes into wall plugs set within the ceiling substrate. Duration: 15 minutes per anchoring point. Common Mistake: Relying solely on adhesive and omitting mandatory mechanical wall plugs and screws.

Tracciate gli assi longitudinali e fissate blocchetti in legno ogni metro calcolando la stabilità dimensionale a -100 °C / +80 °C.

Fase 2 : Taglio Travi e Incollaggio PUR a Incastro (Tempo : 30 min)

Tagliate le aste da 3000 mm calcolando lo sfrido 10%, stendete colla adesivo di montaggio a base PU (indurimento in circa un’ora) e incastrate in densità 150-220 kg/m³ (obiettivo di produzione ~160 kg/m³).

Fase 3 : Posa Testate Sagomate e Finitura (Tempo : 25 min)
