Our collection ranges from compact profiles such as the P1981AKA (65x94x30 mm) to grand architectural statements like the P1981DKA (300x340x26 mm), ensuring a precise fit for diverse ceiling scales and design layouts.

Our beam covers match the surface hardness of traditional wood while remaining incredibly lightweight, with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³). This density is engineered specifically to balance impact resistance with ease of installation, avoiding the excessive weight of 300-400 kg/m³ alternatives. The material exhibits exceptional dimensional stability, meaning it will not warp, shrink, twist, or split under changing environmental conditions. With an operating temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C, the covers maintain their precise profile shape in varying climates. Furthermore, their closed-cell cellular structure guarantees a water absorption rate of less than 1%, rendering them virtually impervious to humidity, rot, and pest infestations.

Finishing and Paint Compatibility

The factory-applied primer prepares the surface for paint adhesion, making it compatible with high-quality water-based and synthetic paints. However, because paint formulations vary, paint manufacturers typically do not guarantee adhesion unless their proprietary primers are used on the substrate. Therefore, applying an additional primer layer prior to final painting is optional and remains the sole decision of the customer.
