Installation

For bonding, apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive in continuous beads along the back of the profile. Do not use silicone-based adhesives, as they do not provide the necessary long-term structural hold. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory to secure the profiles while the adhesive cures. Once fixed, fill all screw holes and joint seams using an exterior-grade acrylic putty. After the putty dries completely, sand the areas smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper. Finally, while the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an optional secondary primer of your choice is recommended before applying two coats of high-quality water-based or solvent-based paint.
