For all exterior installations, the application of a high-quality, UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent natural yellowing of the unpainted material over time.

Installation
Successful installation of high-density polyurethane profiles requires adhering to strict technical guidelines: 1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the installation surface is completely clean, dry, structural, and free of loose dust or oil. 2. Precision Cutting: Measure the window dimensions carefully and perform 45-degree miter cuts using a professional-grade miter saw with a fine-toothed blade. 3. Do not use silicone-based adhesives, as they do not provide the necessary structural bond. 4. Care Information
Due to their high-density, closed-cell formulation, these architectural profiles require minimal maintenance. They do not rot, absorb moisture, or support mold growth. For general cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Avoid using high-pressure power washers directly on the profiles, as excessive localized pressure can damage the paint film. We recommend conducting an annual inspection of the exterior facade to check the condition of the joint sealants and the paint coating. If building movement causes minor hairline cracks at the joints over time, these can be easily repaired by reapplying exterior filler, sanding with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and applying a touch-up coat of UV-resistant paint.
