A wood-textured panel is a polyurethane cladding panel with a surface worked to look like wood grain and texture, fitted to a wall or ceiling. By imitating the look of real wood it adds a rustic or natural texture to a space, and is used on the walls of living rooms, cafes, restaurants and shops. The panels are joined side by side to form wide surfaces where the wood texture continues without interruption. Polyurethane is light and resists moisture and impact; unlike real wood it does not rot, attract insects or crack and bonds directly with mounting adhesive. The surface is paintable and can be brought to different wood tones. Because it is mould-cast, the texture looks identical on every panel.
