Facade Column Capital

A facade column capital is a decorative polyurethane element placed at the top end of columns and pilasters on a building's exterior, crowning the column. It is produced in the forms of classical orders such as Doric, Ionic and Corinthian, and is used above entrance, balcony and facade columns. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone and plaster equivalents, it adds no extra load above the column and installs faster. Polure casts facade column capitals in different diameters and orders, so the capital details repeat identically on every piece.
