CNC-cut polyurethane is the working of polyurethane sheets or blocks into the desired pattern and form with a computer-controlled CNC machine. It is used for the batch, identical production of decorative panels, letters, logos, screens and custom motifs. Polyurethane is lightweight and easy to machine; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or warp, and is paintable. With CNC cutting the edges and details come out crisp, and every piece produced from the same file is identical; it is faster and more consistent than hand carving.
