Curved Door Surround

A curved polyurethane door surround is designed for door openings with circular or oval shapes, protecting wall corners while creating a defined, decorative edge. It is secured with screws and polyurethane adhesive around interior arched openings, circular doorways and niche edges to establish a clear boundary. Thanks to polyurethane's flexible, mouldable structure, it produces smooth curves without the bending difficulties associated with traditional woodworking. Compared with plaster or wood alternatives, it resists cracking, withstands moisture, is lightweight and installs quickly. The surface can be painted in any colour and does not deform over time. Manufactured through high-density polyurethane injection in custom computer-controlled steel moulds, these surrounds provide millimetre-accurate curved profiles.
