A decorative beam bracket is a polyurethane corbel-shaped element placed where a ceiling beam meets the wall, giving the impression of supporting the beam. In rustic and classical ceiling arrangements it is used beneath beam ends as an ornamental piece that visually performs a support function. The polyurethane material is light and is applied to the wall with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than its wooden counterpart, it is easy to install at height and does not attract insects or rot.
