decorative rafter support

A decorative rafter support is a polyurethane corbel piece that carries or visually supports the rafter element from below. It is used under eaves and at pergola ends to give the impression of carrying the rafters and to complete transition points. The polyurethane support is lightweight and is applied directly to the surface with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted in a wood tone. Compared to real wood, it does not rot, attract insects, or warp. Because it is mould-produced, the profile and texture details repeat identically on every piece.
