Decorative Corbel And Crown

A decorative corbel and crown is a polyurethane decoration group in which a corbel that gives protruding wall surfaces a supported look is used together with a crown ornament placed above doors, windows or furniture. In classic interiors it is used to crown the tops of doors and windows and to give projections a supported appearance. The polyurethane material is light and is fixed with assembly adhesive and screws; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted. Unlike a wood equivalent it is not affected by moisture, and compared with plaster it is lighter and more break-resistant. Because it is moulded, the ornament details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces corbel and crown elements in a range of sizes.
