Decorative Ceiling Beams

Decorative ceiling beams are a set of timber-look polyurethane profiles applied parallel to one another at set intervals across the ceiling. They are used to create a rustic, country ceiling texture in living rooms, kitchens and cafes. Polyurethane beams are lighter than real wood and can be fitted by one person with construction adhesive. They resist moisture, do not rot or attract insects, do not crack, and their wood-textured surfaces can be painted in any colour. Their hollow structure lets wiring and lighting cables running between the beams be concealed. Being moulded, every beam carries the same wood grain. Polure produces decorative ceiling beams in a range of cross-sections and lengths.
