An exterior facade cornice moulding is a polyurethane profile element that runs horizontally under eaves, above windows, and along floor divisions on a building facade. It creates a shadow line on the facade and separates floors or rows of windows from one another. The polyurethane material is lightweight; even in long lengths it is easy to carry and is applied with mounting adhesive. It resists rain, moisture, and sun, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike plaster and wood, it is unaffected by moisture and does not rot.
