Exterior Pilaster

An exterior pilaster is a half-column shaped polyurethane decorative element applied flush to a building's exterior, projecting slightly from the wall. It creates vertical lines on the facade surface, emphasizes window and entrance areas, and adds a classic architectural rhythm to the facade. It is usually used together with a base and a capital. Polyurethane is lightweight and resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather; it does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because it is lighter than stone or concrete, installation is fast and it adds no extra load to the wall. Polure produces exterior pilasters in different width and profile options.
