Exterior Facade Precast Application

Exterior facade precast application is the process of mounting precast-look polyurethane decorative elements onto a building's exterior. Surround, cornice, arch and panel pieces are aligned on the facade, bonded with mounting adhesive, and supported with mechanical fasteners when needed. Because polyurethane is lightweight, unlike precast concrete it requires no crane or heavy equipment, which speeds up application. It resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. It adds no extra structural load to the wall. Polure produces precast-look exterior facade elements in different size options suited to application.
