Exterior facade crown and corbel refer together to the profiled crown along the top wall line of a building facade and the support-like corbel elements placed beneath that crown. While the crown marks the upper boundary of the facade, corbels are added beneath it at set intervals to create a bracket-like appearance. Polyurethane crowns and corbels are lightweight and applied with construction adhesive and, where needed, dowels; they resist moisture, rain and outdoor weather, do not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because they weigh less than stone or plaster, they add no extra load to the facade and install faster. As they are mould-cast, the profile and corbel details repeat identically on every piece.
