A wall frame is a rectangular or square frame element created on a wall surface with polyurethane mouldings. It is used to create a panel or picture-like area on a wall and to emphasise a specific section. It is preferred for a classic or plain look on hall, corridor and entrance walls. Polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly to the wall with construction adhesive; corners are joined with mitred cuts or ready-made corner pieces. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell and can be painted in any colour. Unlike its wooden equivalent it is unaffected by moisture and is lighter, which makes installation easier.
