Concealed Lighting
Concealed lighting is an indirect lighting method achieved with an LED placed behind a channelled profile, where the light source is not directly visible. An LED strip placed in the hidden channel of polyurethane coving, cornices and trims creates soft light along ceiling and wall edges. It is used as ambient lighting in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. The polyurethane profile is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Because the channel is mould-cast to a standard size, the LED strip seats properly and the light spreads evenly. Polure produces concealed-lighting channelled polyurethane profiles in different sections and channel widths.
