A classical architectural carving is a decorative surface element with classical motifs, produced through raised relief or recessed carving worked into the surface. It is used as ornamentation that adds depth on panels, doors, jambs, and moulding surfaces. Carved motifs made from polyurethane reproduce the look of traditional wood carving through the moulding process; they are lightweight and mount directly with construction adhesive. They resist moisture and impact, will not crack or swell, and can be painted. Because they are mould-cast, the carving details repeat at the same depth on every piece, preserving coherence across batch applications.
