Corinthian capital column

A Corinthian capital column is a polyurethane decorative column with a Corinthian-order capital with acanthus leaves placed on top of its shaft. It is used in entrance halls, living rooms and column cladding to give a classical architectural look. The capital sits on the upper end of the column shaft and is fixed with construction adhesive. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being much lighter than stone and plaster capitals, it is easy to install and adds no extra load to the load-bearing pillar.
