Corinthian column capital

A Corinthian column capital is a Corinthian-order capital element with acanthus leaf carving, seated on the upper end of the column shaft. As the transition piece connecting the shaft to the ceiling or beam, it forms the most prominent detail of the classical architectural column. It is placed on the end of the shaft and fixed with construction adhesive. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Because it is mould-cast, the rows of leaves repeat identically on every capital.
