Modern Slat Design

Modern slat design refers to the plain, linear layout and composition created on wall and ceiling surfaces with polyurethane slats. By arranging the slats in straight, geometric or partitioned patterns, a panelled effect and visual division are achieved on the surface. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. It is lighter and faster to mount than a wood slat and is unaffected by moisture; it is also more break-resistant than plaster. Because it is mould-cast, slat profiles stay identical on every piece.
