Polyurethane Decorative Corner Moulding for Wall Frame Trim

The P85016T polyurethane decorative corner moulding is a premium architectural component designed to elevate wall and ceiling paneling systems. Engineered specifically for classic framing applications, this ornate corner piece acts as a seamless structural link for straight profile mouldings, eliminating the need for complex mitred corner cuts. It brings a refined architectural structure to residential and commercial interiors, offering a highly durable and cost-effective alternative to traditional plaster or hand-carved wood ornamentation.

Crafted with a physical footprint of 330x330 mm and a thickness of 38 mm, this corner element provides a substantial, three-dimensional relief that draws the eye. The product is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), ensuring a solid, wood-like surface hardness that resists impact and wear. Assess water and moisture exposure using the product technical data, surface finish and installation details.

Visually, the P85016T model features a rich Baroque-inspired aesthetic. The center of the corner is defined by a deep, layered rosette motif framed by symmetrical scrollwork and delicate acanthus leaf configurations. These intricate, relief-processed details transition smoothly into the straight moulding receiving ends, allowing for a balanced integration with linear wall trims. The high-definition casting process ensures that every detail remains crisp and defined, even after multiple coats of paint.

This versatile corner piece is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. In interior design, it is frequently utilized to create classic wall paneling (boiserie), frame large ceiling fields, or construct decorative borders around mirrors and fine art. When applied to exterior facades, it serves as a decorative accent for window frames, entryway portals, or under-eave panels, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant exterior coating to prevent discoloration.

Each corner piece is delivered with a factory-applied matte primer, preparing the surface for immediate topcoat application. While the factory primer optimizes paint adhesion, paint manufacturers typically require their own proprietary primers to guarantee their paint warranties; therefore, applying an additional primer coat remains optional and at the discretion of the installer. For secure installation, the corner must be fixed using a polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive paired with mechanical screw fastening.
