Modern villa facade is a clean facade arrangement made by applying flat-lined polyurethane casings, cornices, sills and panels to the exterior walls of a villa. Window and door surrounds are framed, and floor and facade transitions are highlighted with profiles. Unlike classic ornamented facade decorations, crisp and understated sections are preferred. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. On the facade it is less affected by rain and sun, is lighter than stone or concrete profiles, and installs faster. It is painted with exterior facade paint.
