polyurethane balcony baluster

A polyurethane balcony baluster is a vertical, load-bearing and decorative piece arranged between the handrail and the base rail in balcony railings. It is used in balcony and terrace railings as the classic-look, evenly spaced posts (uprights). The material is lightweight and is applied with mounting adhesive or a mechanical connection; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or warp, and takes paint well. Outdoors, unlike plaster it is unaffected by moisture and temperature change, unlike timber it does not rot, and it is far lighter than concrete. Because each piece is cast from a mould, every baluster has exactly the same form. Polure produces balcony balusters in a range of heights and forms.
