polyurethane frame

A polyurethane frame is a polyurethane decorative profile that surrounds a door, window, mirror or wall panel, closing off all four sides. It is used indoors and outdoors to frame openings and accent surfaces. Polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly to the surface with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being more moisture-resistant than a wooden frame, it can also be used in wet areas, and its light weight makes installation easy. Because it is mould-cast, the profile section stays consistent along its length and corners are joined with a 45-degree cut. Polure produces polyurethane frames in various width and pattern options.
