polyurethane precast cladding

Polyurethane precast cladding is an application that clads a facade or wall surface with polyurethane precast panels and profiles to give a concrete or stone appearance. Flat or textured panels are mounted on the surface, giving the facade a tidy, precast-effect shell. The elements are fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than concrete cladding places no extra load on the structure and speeds up installation. Since the panels are mould-produced, the dimensions and texture repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces precast cladding panels in different texture and size options.
