Polyurethane Precast Cladding

Polyurethane precast cladding is an application that clads a facade or wall surface with polyurethane precast panels and profiles to give a concrete or stone appearance. Flat or textured panels are mounted on the surface, giving the facade a tidy, precast-effect shell. The elements are fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Since the panels are mould-produced, the dimensions and texture repeat identically on every piece.
