polyurethane wheel

A polyurethane wheel is a durable wheel type, made from or coated with polyurethane, used in handling and machine applications. It is used on load carts, pallets and machine equipment to move loads without marking the floor. The polyurethane resists wear and impact, carries high loads, leaves no marks on the floor and runs quietly. Compared with a rubber wheel, it is more resistant to tearing and to oil and chemical exposure; the hardness can be set to suit the application. As it is mould-cast, the dimensions and hardness values stay consistent. Polure produces its polyurethane wheels in a range of diameters and hardness levels.
