Polyurethane Pilaster Capital

Polure polyurethane pilaster capitals top flat wall-mounted half-columns with stately Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian classical motifs. Molded from rigid high-density polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these ornamental capitals replicate crisp carved stone details while remaining lightweight and impact-resistant. Closed-cell polymer engineering limits water absorption below 1%, making capitals completely rot-proof, mold-proof, and suitable for interior feature walls or exterior facade pilasters (-100 °C / +80 °C). Each piece comes factory-primed with white acrylic primer ready for water-based or synthetic paints. Installation requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on back contact edges and joinery lines, supported by countersunk mechanical screws into wall anchors. Fill screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and coat with two coats of paint.
