Precast Exterior Facade Ornamentation

Precast exterior facade ornamentation is an embellishment application carried out on a building's exterior with decorative elements cast in moulds beforehand. It covers emphasising window, door and facade lines with parts such as window surrounds, cornices, bosses, brackets and sills. While traditional precast ornamentation is cement-based, polyurethane ornamentation provides the same classic motifs in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds and applied directly on site with mounting adhesive. Polyurethane is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior paint.
