Rustic Log Beam

A rustic log beam is a hollow polyurethane ceiling beam with a natural timber log look and a moulded wood grain texture. It is used on ceiling and wall surfaces to create a rustic-style beam effect. The polyurethane material is lightweight, and thanks to its U-profile structure it is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Unlike a real timber beam it does not absorb moisture and swell, does not rot and is not attacked by insects; it also requires no structural load and can be carried by one person. Because the grain and knot details on the surface are mould-produced, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces rustic log beams in various widths, lengths and textures.
