Rustic Log Beam

A rustic log beam is a hollow polyurethane ceiling beam with a natural timber log look and a moulded wood grain texture. It is used on ceiling and wall surfaces to create a rustic-style beam effect. The polyurethane material is lightweight, and thanks to its U-profile structure it is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Because the grain and knot details on the surface are mould-produced, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces rustic log beams in various widths, lengths and textures.
