Eaves cornice decoration is facade embellishment created with a polyurethane cornice profile applied along the roof eaves line. It forms a horizontal moulding band along the eaves, emphasising the junction between the facade and the roof. Polyurethane is lightweight, so a cornice at facade height can be carried by one person and fixed with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell outdoors, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with plaster and timber alternatives, it lasts longer on the facade and installs quickly. Because it is mould-cast, the cornice section repeats identically on every piece, giving a straight, continuous line along the eaves.
