The closed-cell physical structure absorbs under 1% water, preventing warping, rotting, swelling, or mold growth. Rated B2 fire class, dimensional stability has been tested between -20 °C and +70 °C. Factory-coated in a white acrylic primer, each piece accepts topcoat paints seamlessly. Installation requires a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive across rear contact faces, secured firmly with countersunk mechanical screws.
