Furthermore, with a certified thermal resistance range from -20°C to +80°C, the material resists warping, shrinkage, and expansion under extreme seasonal transitions. Surface Preparation and Coating Guidelines
Every polyurethane bracket is delivered from the factory with a pre-applied primer coating designed to facilitate paint adhesion. While this factory layer prepares the surface, paint manufacturers typically do not guarantee the longevity of their products unless their proprietary primers are applied first. Consequently, the application of an additional field primer is optional and remains at the sole discretion of the installer. For all outdoor installations, the application of a high-quality, UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory to prevent the raw polymer from yellowing under direct solar exposure.

Installation
Successful installation of high-density PU brackets requires a clean, completely dry, and level substrate. Begin by dry-fitting the component and marking the precise alignment on the wall. For seamless joints, perform 45-degree miter cuts using a fine-toothed saw. Apply a high-strength polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive evenly to all contact surfaces; standard silicone adhesives must not be used as they lack the necessary structural bond. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory to secure the bracket while the adhesive cures. Once fixed, fill all screw holes and joint seams with a high-grade exterior-grade filler, sand the surface smoothly with 180-220 grit sandpaper, apply an optional field primer if desired, and finish with two coats of premium paint.
Care Information
Maintaining the pristine appearance of polyurethane brackets is straightforward due to their non-porous, closed-cell surface. Regular maintenance involves dusting with a soft, dry brush or wiping with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical solvents or abrasive cleaners that could degrade the paint layer. For exterior installations, the brackets can be safely washed with low-pressure water streams during routine facade maintenance.
