Surface Preparation and Coating Guidelines

Installation

Apply a high-strength polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive evenly to all contact surfaces; standard silicone adhesives must not be used as they lack the necessary structural bond. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory to secure the bracket while the adhesive cures. Once fixed, fill all screw holes and joint seams with a high-grade exterior-grade filler, sand the surface smoothly with 180-220 grit sandpaper, apply an optional field primer if desired, and finish with two coats of premium paint.
Care Information
Maintaining the pristine appearance of polyurethane brackets is straightforward due to their non-porous, closed-cell surface. Regular maintenance involves dusting with a soft, dry brush or wiping with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical solvents or abrasive cleaners that could degrade the paint layer. For exterior installations, the brackets can be safely washed with low-pressure water streams during routine facade maintenance.
