To bond the material, apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive generously along all joint interfaces and contact surfaces; do not use silicone-based adhesives. Mechanical fastening with screws or dowels is mandatory to secure the profiles structurally. Countersink all screw heads below the surface, then fill the voids and joints using a high-grade exterior-grade acrylic putty. Once dry, sand the filled areas using 180-220 grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish. Finally, apply an optional primer coat followed by two coats of premium UV-resistant exterior paint to protect the assembly from weather exposure.
